women take shower in 5 minutes and they literally forget that when did they had
the bath properly. Like other daily tasks women consider it to be there daily
routine and they bath rapidly to complete it as a task.

increases the metabolism of the body up to 80%. According to E.K. Ladderman,
M.D. the best treatment to maintain the heart is regular bath. Breathing becomes
normal with cold water bath. Breathing process becomes long , speed of intestine
increases.
Bathing for Cleaning Body
There are two aims of bathing. First cleaning of body, secondly
living power which is available through better blood circulation of
nerves. Cleaning of body is very good through hot water. Bathing removes
the exertion and tightness of muscles, but bathing through hot water gives shock
to nerves. It increases the dullness and weakens the digestion process. That is
why we should bath with cold water daily.

Benefits of cold water bathing
When the flow of cold water falls on our skin than the
skin contracts immediately and the blood goes inside, but after some time
as a response, blood to fill the empty area, blood runs towards that empty
part of the body. This is the reason that after bathing with cold water our
blood circulation increases and we feel warm. If before bathing the body
is rubbed with furred towel, or massage is done on the whole body than the
benefit of bathing is double.

and old people should definitely bath with less cold water.
Hot water bath
Hot and cold water has there own place. First bath
with hot water than wash the body with cold water. Hot water opens the pores of
the skin and evaporates the stored toxins from the body. Bathing with cold water
closes the pores of the skin. Those people suffering from
heart blood pressure should not do it. People after the age of 45 should also
not do it.
Does hot water make skin loose
Bathing with hot water makes the skin rough, scaly
and itchy which also makes the skin loose and causes wrinkles. Because hot water
has the tendency to take away the moisture from the skin. That is why while
bathing in winters don't use extremely hot water or harsh soaps.
Add two spoon olive oil in the water before taking
bath, it will protect the skin from getting dry and becoming loose.
