Double Chin
Double chin destroys the beauty of the face. Are you its victim? If yes than

First of all we should know the cause of double chin. One of the main cause of
double chin is fatness. Generally woman have double chin because of high fats.
But if a woman has a round face than she faces this kind of problem generally.
To make your chin beautiful and slim, pay attention to your food
first. Don't eat oily and food high in calories.
The best method to control the double chin is to sleep without
pillow on a flat surface. At early stage you will face problem in sleeping
without a pillow but later on, it will become your habit.

Perform the following exercises
*Stand straight. Open your mouth as much as you can. Bent your head
towards back. Now close your mouth. Perform it 10-12 times in a day. *Stand
straight. Now take your head as much back as you can. Be care full that in
this process your back should be straight. Now keep your back and
shoulders as straight as you can. Now bend your head in front. Now keep it
straight. Now bent your head through left side as much back as you
can.

Now bend your head towards right side as much back
as you can. Do this process for 10 minutes daily.
Besides this get your facial done every month
regularly. It makes the loose muscles of the face tight and reduces the double
chin.
You can do massage at home also to reduce the
double chin. For this massage on your chin in upward direction with some good
cream.
