1) Eat fresh fruits.

pulses and green chili. Thus include them in your food.
7) Take quality protein in your food everyday in
less quantity. Consumption of protein food products helps in increasing the
formation of skin cells. Protein is found in the following food products: milk,
yoghurt, paneer, soya bean, pulses etc.
8) Protect yourself from the consumption of
smoking, alcohol and caffeine.
9) Consume cereals, pulses, green leafy vegetables,
fresh and raw fruits and vegetables.
10) Consume milk, yoghurt, paneer, fruit juice,
bread, sandwich, fruits etc. in breakfast. Consume green leafy vegetables,
yoghurt, salad, pulses etc in lunch. Eat more fruits, dry fruits in snacks, lime
water and fruit juice in drinks.
