It is your responsibility to take care of your body to make it beautiful. It depends on you that whether you want to look mature or mislead your age because of your beautiful skin glow. By eating few things in your diet you can bring glow on skin.  

1) Low Fat Curd
Low fat dairy products are rich in Vitamin A. It works like magic on your skin. It is beneficial to massage your face with yogurt. Besides this eat curd and other dairy products regularly. If you are suffering from diabetes and thyroid than it becomes more essential. 
2)Bring glow on skin through Plum
We are talking about plum, strawberry and blueberries. These fruits have a good capability of anti oxidants. They not only purifies our blood but also brings glow on skin. You can also use pomegranate. 

4) Fatty acids are essential
Skin also requires fatty acids. These you will find in corn, sunflower oil and walnut.

5) Mango king of fruits
It is rich in vitamins especially vitamin A. It renovates the dead cells of skin and keeps the tissues of face healthy. It has only 70 calories which is helpful in reducing the weight.  

8) Water and Green Tea
Easy available, the consumption of these drinks are very beneficial. Green tea has polyphony which has anti inflammatory essence. Besides this all of us know that water keeps the body healthy. It is also necessary because water maintains the hydration level and clean stomach is necessary for healthy skin. 

9) Vitamin E and Selenium 
Direct consumption of almonds or things comprising almonds fulfills the need of Vitamin E. It protects the skin from wrinkles and aging. Selenium is a necessary element for our healthy skin, which is not only found in calcium products but in cottage cheese and dry fruits because these are anti oxidants. 

10) FIBER AND PROTEIN IS ALSO NECESSARY
For healthy and glowing skin not only vitamins and minerals are necessary but proteins and fiber products are also necessary for the healthy and glowing skin.
